EAUH Board Members Election

Article 9 (EAUH Statutes)

Members of the Board shall be elected by the members of the Association in the Ordinary General Meeting which is organized every two years.

At least four months before the Ordinary General Meeting, the Board announces the number of coming vacancies. Candidates for election shall be nominated by notice to the Secretary three months before the Ordinary General Meeting, the notification being signed by at least twelve current members.

Members of the Board serve for a period of four years, and are eligible for re-election once. Every two years, half (or nearly half) of the Board Members shall be elected for terms of four years each.



The Ordinary General Meeting of the EAUH will be held during the EAUH 2024 Ostrava conference on Friday, 6 September at 18:00–19:00.

Only members of the EAUH (registration Antwerp Conference 2022 or Ostrava Conference 2024) can be nominated. Candidates for election shall be nominated by notice to the Secretary three months before the Ordinary General Meeting, the notification being signed by at least twelve current members of the EAUH Board.

The notification includes the following:

  • Name and affiliation of the nominee;
  • Short CV of the nominee (250 words maximum);
  • Twelve written signatures (scanned) of current members of the EAUH Board;
  • The documents are to be sent to the secretary in one file.
